I’m Kait, and I've been a teacher and a coach for nearly 20 years in both elementary and middle schools. I’m passionate about helping kids, families, and educators discover just how capable they truly are in math and beyond. My favorite moments are the “aha!” moments when a child or adult makes a connection that helps them to realize all that they are able to achieve; its a spark of joy and excitement. My work is about more than math; it’s about building confidence, nurturing curiosity, and creating genuine connections in all relationships - student to student, student to teacher, teacher to family, and every combination in between. Compassion and honesty are important to me, and I meet people where they are at to support them as they move toward their goals. My ultimate goal is to empower others to see their own brilliance.
